Penn Robotics Team 135 attended the State Championships in Kokomo, Indiana on April 11th-13th along with 31 other teams from across the state. Each team competed through 64 qualifying matches partnering with various alliances and Team 135 finished 4th overall winning seven matchings, losing four, and tying one. In the quarterfinals, we teamed up with Maverick Robotics Team 4272 and Red Alert Team 1741 but did not progress to semifinals. We were so grateful we also got to share our experiences from this season, ranging from our trip to ATIA Orlando, to our upcoming Summer Camps in our Chairman’s Presentation. Congrats to Team 461 Westside Boiler Invasion for winning the most prestigious award in FIRST and qualifying for worlds!

Additionally, our team was ecstatic as our superintendent, Dr. Thacker, and Mr. Leniski paid our team a visit making the trip down to Kokomo! We are so thankful for the continuous support we have from our school and can’t wait for the upcoming season.
